Read the minutes. I think "Scoop your Poop" should be the neighborhood mantra. I realize you can't always be prepared but at least try to make an effort. Nothing worse than cutting your grass and dodging landmines! As for HOA keep up the good work! Great place to live and a positive environment to raise a family!
