YARD OF MONTH - JULY 2012

CONGRATULATIONS to Tom and Charron Rivers at 733 Mill Springs Lane for winning the Yard of Month for July 2012.  Here is a picture of their house.

Mill Springs Estates is looking great!  We had 4 nominations for this months award and we will request nominations for the August award during the last week of August.

YARD OF MONTH - JUNE 2012

CONGRATULATIONS TO DAVID AND DONNA BUSH, 620 Mill Springs Court for being awarded Yard of the Month for June 2012.  Please go by and take a look at this month's winner.

Despite the brutal hot weather and the lack of rain, Mill Springs Estates is looking great.  We had a total of 6 houses nominated for this month's award and that is a record for nominations.   With a total of 74 houses in our community,  most of them could be nominated and considered for the award.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jon and Rebecca Lord at 532 Mill Springs Circle for receiving the Yard of the Month.   We are sure that many of you noticed that the view of the backyard from Caldwell Mill Road is almost is good as the view of the front!

Annual Meeting of MSHOA

The following is the date, time and location of our annual Mill Springs Homeowners Association meeting:
Date/Time             March 25, 2012 at 2pm
Locatioin               Christ Church United Methodist
                               5191 Caldwelll Mill Road

At this meeting the budget for the HOA will be discussed and voted on.  There will also be some discussion about upcoming MSHOA events in our neighborhood, Yard of the Month, etc.
